Marriage of the aristocratic Champagne method and the know-how of the winemaker, this festive wine seduces by the finesse of its mousse and the delicacy of its flavours. On the nose we have aromas of white flowers and buds of acacias that denote finesse and fruit. On the palate it is a wine that stands out for its fine, racy and dry character. The gustatory aromas remain the bud of acacia, the white flower but also notes of citrus fruits.
